Incorporated in 1975, the Emily-Outing Snowbirds began with 33 miles of non-groomed trail. We are a 501(c)(3) organization. The club has a growing membership with volunteers working on the following activities:
- Build, maintain and groom over 75 miles of trail
- Provide snowmobile training
- Participate in community social events and celebrations

The Snow Birds generally meet the first Saturday of the month at 8:30 a.m. at our Clubhouse, located at 39948 Martin Street in Emily, Minnesota. Our next meeting is Saturday, October 3, 2026 - see you at the clubhouse!

Look for the link to sign up for the 2026 Snowmobile Safety Class, to be held on Saturday, December 5, 2026! (Coming soon)
Students ages 11-15 will first complete the snowmobile on-line course. Then students will attend a snowmobile safety Hybrid class: This includes basic snowmobile operation; protecting the environment; common snowmobile parts and controls; MN rules and laws; responsible snowmobile riding skills for trail riding, and practicing/demonstrating skills on a snowmobile course.
Certification is valid at age 12.
